Information Event on Social Prescribing

The idea of Social Prescribing is that in addition to the prescription or referrals for counselling etc. a GP can offer someone who is feeling low, they can chat with a Social Prescribing Co-Ordinator who will help them develop an action plan for health and wellbeing by engaging in community activities or other social settings.
